The video provides information for migrant workers from Burma about another chance to live and work legally in Thailand. According the Thailand-Burma MOU, the workers can apply for the Burmese temporary passport and work permit during February the 15th-April the 13th (and hopefully the chance should be extended!). However, whether a migrant child should obtain the passport is still controversial, considering the very high visa fees and the benefits the child would get from obtaining the temporary passport.
